LEAD Leadership Development Program
The LEAD certificate program focuses on the foundational leadership skills for new managers or people aspiring to develop leadership skills. It provides the knowledge and skills to be a successful leader at an entry level. Each session in this series of ten focuses on a different topic that leaders and supervisors encounter on a regular basis. After each class participants will document an action plan and implement key knowledge and skills back on the job and report back results at the next class.

Class meets once a month starting in February through December. Class is 8am - noon. No class in July

Fees/Admission
Before December 1, 2022, Save $150 per person. $1,125 per person for first five employees and $995 for each additional employee. After December 1, 2022, price increases to $1,275 per person for the first five employees and $1,145 for each additional employee.
