Sous Chef

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Sous Chef is also responsible and accountable for the daily direction of the overall food production, quality control, and presentation of the Farmer’s Pick Buffet and Brew Brothers menu items. This position is responsible for learning and communicating the various policies and procedures required of the culinary department staff.
