Friendship Village is hiring a Housekeeping Team Lead. In this role, you will support the housekeeping supervisor to ensure a welcoming environment for our residents while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness.

Working Hours: First Shift Hours. Weekdays, with occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure resident satisfaction
• Support daily housekeeping operations and guidance to team members
• Cross-train in both housekeeping and industrial laundry service
• Assist in training new staff

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift, bend and stretch and move equipment such as vacuum cleaner or cart
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
