Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to assist customers with first-time maintenance, overdue service, or safety recalls.
- Quickly and professionally answer inbound calls to book service and quick lane appointments.
- Utilize email templates and scripts to respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resource.
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make appointments or have missed them.
- Stay knowledgeable about manufacturer recalls, dealership initiatives, and industry trends.
- Participate in role-playing, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships with teammates, including service advisors, technicians, and management.
- Maintain clear communication using Microsoft Office, customer relationship management tools, and service scheduling software.
Qualifications
Soft Skills:
- Courteous, prompt, and professional demeanor.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Comfort with outbound phone calls.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- At least one prior role in customer service; experience in collections or outbound phone calls is a plus.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and openness to feedback and coaching.
- Excellent listening skills and a compassionate voice and manner.
