Systems Analyst - University Advancement

Responsibilities: Provides database application programming; assists in the design, implementation, maintenance and innovation of the division’s Salesforce environment; provides support to key vended applications including troubleshooting, user environment configuration, application training, and creation of custom reports; provides interface and data exchange programming; and diagnoses and resolves a variety of end user technology issues within the Advancement division.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus at least three years of experience in SQL programming and SQL database design required. Salesforce Developer/Administrator certification; and exposure to higher education fundraising, mass email communication, and phone call centers preferred.
